POSITION AVAILABLE TO MINNESOTA RESIDENTS ONLY - ONSITE AT OUR SAUK RAPIDS LOCATION

Our Ideal Candidate

Vermilion Holdings Group is looking for a hyper-organized and customer-obsessed Customer Service Specialist who is upbeat, outgoing, motivated, and has an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team.

We want to hear from you if you love building a brand, growing a business, and serving customers. Our service offerings include website design with maintenance and hosting, social media management, direct mail marketing, and more making us a true one-stop shop for all of a business’ needs.

We also specialize in secure metal cabinetry and medication disposal take back programs. The ideal candidate must be organized, approachable, and a fast learner.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for all customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat fielding questions, thinking outside of the box, resolving problems and selling products and services
  • Place orders, secure proof approval and provide best-in-class customer service and support
  • Limited inside sales. NO Cold Calling!
  • Conduct new client onboarding calls for Prophase Marketing services
  • Manage incoming client cases for RepeatRewards loyalty program
  • Track product for customers
  • Resolve customer issues or conflicts goal of resolving issues in one-touch or immediately escalating to expedite process
  • Ideate, build, and execute quarterly marketing plan in coordination with Sales, Creative, and Social Media departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

  • Professional attitude, enthusiastic and reliable with strong customer service aptitude, and a hint of sales savvy
  • Strong interpersonal communication being positive, pleasant, respectful, and customer-centric
  • Ability to retain detailed, important information and / or instruction
  • Ability to solve complex problems in a Customer Service environment
  • Best-in-Class written and oral communication
  • Enthusiastic about learning and mastering new products, features, and systems
  • Good organization, prioritization, and communication skills coupled with a sense of urgency and the art of persuasion
  • Flexible and able to effectively cope with ambiguity or sudden changes of priorities
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
  • Understanding of direct mail is a plus

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or significant related work experience
  • Inside sales experience required
