What You'll Do

1. Lead and coach team members in performance of their duties. Monitor individual and team goals and ensure alignment with the organization's strategies and objectives to drive EHS performance improvement. Cultivate a learning environment through team member growth and development.

2. Develop and implement the world class early intervention strategy for the organization.

3. Manage workplace safety & health evaluations and lead ergonomic solutions.

4. Manage the strength & flexibility, injury prevention, and return-to-work programs.

5. Collaborate with and influence cross functional teams across the organization.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Nursing or other related field with ten years of experience in an industrial or occupational health setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Board of Certification (BOC) certified through authorized organization in the discipline of Athletic Training, Physical Therapy, Nursing or other related field and State of Iowa licensure/certification required.

- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders in driving forward the strategic vision in reducing injury and illnesses for the organization.

- Knowledge of the relevant laws, regulations, and standards in industrial and occupational health and safety.

Travel

- Occasional travel is expected of this position.
