Vermeer-All Roads Equipment is Hiring a Sales-Parts & Service Near Fishersville, VA
All Roads Equipment is growing & we are seeking an experienced Equipment Parts Sales Representative (CSR) for our Fishersville, VA location. This role is responsible for promoting, and selling Komatsu products and solutions. You will recognize customer needs, deliver appropriate solutions, and resolve any issues for the customers. You will be responsible for internally and externally sourced leads, developing a customer network, coordinating product demonstrations, and maintaining customer information notes with periodic reviews. Company vehicle will be provided so candidate must be at least 21 and insurable by our carrier.

- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and qualify potential clients by telephone and premise visits.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
- Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities.
- Promote entire product line, extended warranties, as well as service contracts.
- Work with management to develop plans to increase sales.
- All other duties as assigned.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday.
Travel
Frequent travel to customer’s locations is required, approximately 60%.
