Veritas Home Health is Hiring a Registered Nurse Home Health care field RN Near Richardson, TX
- RN Field Case Managers are responsible for comprehensive assessments in the patient’s home, including the completion of OASIS using electronic documentation.
- In addition to OASIS assessments, RN Field Case Managers perform skilled nursing visits as needed and are responsible for delegation and coordination of care with LVN and HHA team members
- Must be fully skilled in lab draws, catheter placement, wound care , wound vac and IV
Experience: Certified RN required (BLS/CPR)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $45.00 - $80.00 per hour
