This is a unique opportunity to join the team that is responsible for helping to shape the total rewards strategy as our business evolves. In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with an HR account team in support of our business. Among other more typical compensation responsibilities, the role also offers opportunities to support and enhance recognition programs and contribute toward the expansion of our HR analytics and dashboard initiatives.
The Verisign compensation team is responsible for all elements of compensation for its ~900 employees, including strategy and design of new programs and administration of current programs. We are data-driven and committed to continuous improvement. The Senior Compensation Analyst will work with the team to contribute to the organization’s ability to attract, retain and motivate the talent needed for Verisign’s current and future success. This position will report to the Sr Manager – Compensation.

This position is based in our Reston, VA office and offers a flexible, hybrid work schedule.
The pay range for this role is $87,700-$118,700.
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is noted above, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience. Verisign offers a discretionary bonus which is based on individual and company performance, and certain roles may be eligible for discretionary stock awards.
