Description

You will be an integral member of the growing Device Operations team, as Verily is seeking to improve patient outcomes using advanced and easy-to-use technology. In this role, you will collaborate with the Sales team, Product Management, Engineering, UX, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and more to develop scalable device deployment and customer onboarding processes in order to support our growing business. You will manage relationships with external partners (such as commercial or research partners) and ensure smooth deployment of medical devices, hands-on operational support, creating and improving implementation and site operations processes and practices.

NOTE: This role requires travel and direct customer engagement as a part of deploying products at US client sites.

Responsibilities

  • As a Clinical Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional team members, external stakeholders, and activities across different geographies, liaising with the sales and product teams to ensure that deliverables (timeline, quality, productivity) are met.
  • Execute, implement and manage site support for clients in a timely manner, develop and improve training materials, stakeholder communications and overall deployment readiness and successful implementation.
  • Manage/create/improve internal deployment processes, checklists and approvals as appropriate.
  • Develop scalable processes for third party / operations management. Manage agendas, notes, action items and other program management support for operations. Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to ensure coordination and feedback loop.
  • Note: requires travel to client sites and direct customer engagement.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in health or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of operations development and/or program management experience in the medical technology sector, with working knowledge of quality management system (QMS) processes for Medical Devices.
  • Ability to interact directly with clients including administrative and nursing staff at healthcare provider sites when needed. Professional demeanor, able to maintain a calm client interaction while orchestrating internal resources behind the scenes to troubleshoot and resolve any issues. Must be reachable for occasional off-hours client troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority; conversant with program management and dashboarding/reporting tools such as spreadsheet, content creation skills (e.g. training decks), program management SW/skill sets etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Direct experience in operational set ups for healthcare / life sciences industry facilities/labs or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with sensitivity to changing personalities and priorities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability/willingness to improvise, work efficiently and respond quickly to changes and a dynamic work-flow; proven ability to operate successfully and ramp up into a fast paced environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000 -$191,000 bonus benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
