Overview

Here at Verified, Sales Associates play a crucial role in proactively maintaining the sales floor and cultivating a positive shopping experience for our valued customers. These associates will collaborate closely with their Store Manager to ensure the facility remains clean and well-presented. A fundamental requirement for this role is to possess an active and comprehensive understanding of the aftermarket sneaker and streetwear industries. Effective communication skills are essential, enabling Sales Associates to engage with knowledgeable customers regarding our products and employ their sales and interpersonal skills to facilitate purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

● Curate a positive and friendly experience for Verified customers
● Directly assist customers with industry questions or physical product in a quick and timely manner

● Maintain and organize store displays and communicate with inventory managers about which products are in high and low demand

● Responsible for hitting hourly, daily and weekly sales goals to help the company achieve its overall sales targets

● Advanced proficiency about street wear/clothing industry
● Ability to work with others and work in a fast paced environment
● Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
● Ability to keep track of multiple things at once when the store is busy
