As a Guest Services/Sales Associate you will create an exceptional guest experience, achieving sales goals, and willingness to engage with guests on European Wax Center services, products and wax passes. Job Duties:

• Ability to manage productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved

• Provide a smooth check in and check out process

• Schedule appointments and manage guest flow throughout the day

• Assist with retail recommendations and product purchases

• Prioritize guest service and satisfaction

• Exceed individual, team and center goals

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the center

• The ability to work flexible hours part-time. WEEKENDS a must,

• Work independently with limited supervision, as well as with a team.
• Must be accountable.
• High school diploma.
• Sales Experience is preferred.
