Veridian is currently seeking a full time Shipping Receiving Clerk for our Des Moines, Iowa plant.

Position Responsibilities:

* Aware of the Veridian Quality Management System, Quality Policy and Work Instructions

* Able to follow instructions and complete tasks assigned

* Inventory / Cycle Counting- Point of View

* Shipping – box and co-ordinate outgoing shipments when required- lifting requirement minimum 40 lbs.

* Receiving – verify all receiving and maintain inventory

* Perform daily housekeeping on production facilities

* Other duties as directed

Position Preferences:

* High School diploma or equivalent

* Willingness to contribute to a high quality work environment, function as a team

and work overtime

* Willingness to work under a multi-function job description

Willingness to work overtime, excellent attendance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Overtime

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Shipping & receiving: 2 years (Preferred)
