POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Director of FI Sales is responsible for achieving and exceeding revenue and operating goals for an assigned team through management of all resources. The Executive Director will work with Senior Leadership to set the strategic direction for the team, oversee management of accounts, attainment of revenue quota’s and performance goals, and to manage and mentor the sales associates.
This role will also take on a Coaching role for FI Sales. Responsibilities includes gap analysis with a focus on coaching to upskill sales and leadership skills.

Base Salary Range: $145,000 - $165,000
Position is eligible for a sales incentive/commission program
