We are seeking a Reservation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, hospitality, and travel planning, with a strong focus on customer service within the hotel industry.
Duties:
- Handle reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist customers with booking accommodations and travel arrangements
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guests' needs
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of reservations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or travel planning preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems is a plus
