Responsibilities:

• Completion of tasks assigned by the associated Cultivator and or Lead Cultivator
• Maintaining the health and vitality of cannabis plants
• Adhering to a strict plant care schedule
• Daily inspection of the plants canopy looking for signs of health and damage
• Daily inspection of grow medium to ensure healthy root systems
• Inspecting all equipment within respective areas for proper function
• Keeping a consistently clean cultivation area
• Directing Laborers when the Cultivator absent
• Following and evolving current SOPs and Pest Management SOPs
• Harvesting cannabis in associated rooms including the cut down, weigh, and hang dry.
• Plant training techniques such as trellis training, pinching, and pruning
• Ensuring training is current and up to date as well as learning from all the Cultivators and the Lead Cultivator

21 and older. Looking for long term hires. Paid Training. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECKS. ( State of Michigan CRA Requirement )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
