We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as an Office Manager. While we work hard, we also believe in being a company that helps make life more fulfilling by meeting the needs of our employees. Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma, college degree a bonus.
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Strong time-management and decision-making skills with a high capacity for work.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.

Interested In:

  1. Preferably, candidates with experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
  2. Knowledge of financial terminologies and practices is a plus.

Office Manager Responsibilities

  1. Manage Verde Capital Management’s President and CEO’s schedule.
  2. Coordinate the overall administrative activities to ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
  3. Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
  4. Maintain office supplies inventory by anticipating stock needs, placing orders, and managing supply budgets.
  5. Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems to improve processes.
  6. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  7. Provide direct administrative support to CEOas needed.
