Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks within a warehouse setting, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to the overall success of the facility.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor duties such as loading and unloading materials, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Assist in packaging products for shipment and ensuring proper labeling.
- Support warehouse operations by picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Collaborate with warehouse management to streamline processes and meet production goals.
- Operate equipment such as reach trucks for material handling tasks.
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards of products.
- Assist in order picking, shipping, receiving, and other tasks as needed in a distribution center environment.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items when required.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and practices within a warehouse setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
