Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Specialist to join our team. The Financial Specialist will be responsible for managing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, and providing financial guidance to our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Analyze financial data and prepare accurate financial reports and statements.
- Provide financial guidance to management for decision-making purposes.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Conduct financial audits to identify discrepancies.

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Financial Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
- CPA certification is a plus.
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting software.
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
