Responsibilities:

- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to move materials within the warehouse
- Safely load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts and other equipment
- Perform routine inspections on forklifts and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment
- Assist with inventory management by accurately tracking and recording materials movement
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently fulfill orders and meet production goals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

Skills:

- Proficient in operating various types of forklifts, including cherry pickers, hi-los, clamp trucks, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
- Experience in shipping and receiving operations
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and perform heavy lifting as required
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to forklift operation and warehouse safety
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in materials handling
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members
