Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries via various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner, striving to resolve problems to the customer's satisfaction while maintaining company policies and guidelines.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies to confidently address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
