**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier / Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a focus on providing an exceptional experience to all customers.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

- Promote current sales, promotions, and store events

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred

- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic math skills for cash handling

- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus

- Knowledge of jewelry, technical, wireless, or technology sales is advantageous

- Organizational skills to manage cashier responsibilities effectively

Pay: $11.78 - $12.56 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends

• managing the front of house activities: 1 year (Preferred)
