Valuations Manager - Los Angeles

They are a well renowned national provider of independent Fairness Opinions, Solvency Opinions, valuation analyses, and litigation support to public and private companies. Providing services across America assisting company management, investors, and boards with the valuation of their investments in businesses, intangible assets, machinery & equipment, and real estate for various purposes including buy/sell consideration, financing/recapitalization, financial reporting, tax planning and reporting, insurance placement, and dispute.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Valuation Manager with at least five years of hands-on experience performing valuations for compliance with FASB ASC 805, 718, 350, 360 and 946. The Valuation Manager will be responsible for leading a team of associates in the valuation analyses, report writing, client communication and audit review responses. Clients include private equity funds, public and private companies, and attorneys.
Qualifications

• Proficiency performing valuations for financial reporting including FASB ASC 350, 360, 718, 805 and 946
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Experience performing Fairness Opinions, Solvency Opinions, and Discount Studies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional designation, CPA, ASA, CFA is a plus
