Maintains up-to-date mortgage closing calendar and coordinates workload to meet deadlines and work effectively. Researches and resolves issues during the closing process and answers questions from attorneys or stakeholders. Approves final closing calculations and oversees the closing of loans and disbursement of loan funds.
