Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting property tours and showcasing available units to prospective tenants.
• Support the leasing process from initial inquiry through to tenant move-in.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Assist with the preparation and administration of lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activities.
• Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy goals.
• Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to generate interest in available units.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on local market trends and competitive pricing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leasing, sales, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Proficiency in Appfolio property management software is highly desirable.
• Bilingual abilities, specifically proficiency in Spanish, is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and contributing to the team’s success.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate property tours and leasing activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
