Overview
Venture Solar is seeking an experienced, results-driven individual with technical solar knowledge to join our team as a Remote Closer.
This position is for confident, experienced solar sales professionals.
This is not a traditional virtual sales role as you will be assisting a consultant that is at the prospect’s home with the technical aspects of the design, financing, and closing the sale.
We refer to this method of selling as Hybrid Appointments’ as there is an in person and virtual component.
These will be pre-set, qualified appointments. You will only be attending meetings where your team member has already arrived at the home with the prospect and obtained the utility information.
This is the most efficient use of time and results in the highest compensation opportunity in the industry.
With the flexibility of working remotely, you'll have the opportunity to run a high volume of consultations without having to travel or deal with no show appointments.
Remote closers only required travel will be monthly sales meetings and the occasional team outing. Training and onboarding will be in person.
Venture is offering above industry standard commission and a base salary for this role as we want the best of the best. We realize that as a highly skilled and experienced closer your time is extremely valuable, which is why we created this role to eliminate travel time and devise a way to get the best closers in the industry in front of 3-6 prospects every day.
