Job Duties:

Daily attendance report

Interview applicants

• Contact references and perform background checks
• Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
• Conduct new employee orientations
• Process paperwork
• Advise managers on policies
• Train managers and employees on safety topics
• Direct disciplinary procedures
• Lead Safety Committee
• Injury Reports
• Assist other departments if needed
• Actively participates in projects and meetings
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and satisfy numerous competing demands
• Strong computer skills, customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills
• Performs other related duties, as assigned.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma required with 1-2 years of office experience 
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong skills with all Microsoft Office products required 
• Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive issues.
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels internal and external to the organization.
• Bilingual - English / Spanish
