The outside Houseperson assists with daily cleaning service for public areas, locker rooms, swimming pool and any outdoor area restroom facilities.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide daily cleaning for golf house, locker rooms, swimming pool, and golf course restroom facilities.
• Perform light and heavy cleaning including but not limited to window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, power washing outside walkways and stairwells, cleaning light fixtures, emptying trash cans and ash trays.
• Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

Skills/ Abilities:

• Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to drive golf cart and load and unload bags and tools for housekeeping duties.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Education/Experience:

• Hospitality industry or other applicable cleaning experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Required to work indoors and outdoors in inclement weather as well as fair weather.
• Regularly lift and/or move 10-25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Be able to stand/walk continuously up to 8 hours per shift.
