Position Summary
As the Director of Solutions Consulting, PEO, you'll manage a team of high-performing team members focused on further development and penetration of our PEO market position. You will be responsible for driving revenue and customer acquisition across this product in a meaningful way, as well as coaching team members to improve the quality of the pipelines driven by the broader sales organization. You will serve as the primary PEO subject matter expert for the sales team and work cross functionally to improve go-to-market efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of solutions consultants who are experts in PEO products.
  • Develop and implement strategies for selling PEO services to a diverse range of clients.
  • Train and mentor team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and enhance service offerings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PEO industry trends, developments, and best practices.
  • Provide expert advice and support to team members during complex negotiations and sales processes.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to drive team success.
  • Hire and recruit best-in-class PEO talent.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong understanding of PEO products, industry regulations, and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • You use data and analytics to drive your decision making process, identify areas for improvement, and track progress.
Education & Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling PEO services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. PHD – Passion, Heart and Desire to build your own legacy
  • Experience hiring and managing a world class team.
