Velocity Network, Northwest Pennsylvania’s leading technology services firm, is currently searching for an entry level Service Bench Technician to join our team.
In this position you will be responsible for troubleshooting all aspects of end-user hardware. You will work with third party suppliers and vendors to troubleshoot hardware and software failures, schedule warranty work and monitor the repair process while keeping the client updated. You will evaluate PCs and provide upgrade recommendations, submit approval quotes, install, test and deliver to the client.
You will also be responsible for out of box deployments specific to client instructions as well as maintaining client documentation.
Technical school training or some previous IT experience is required. A valid driver's license with a good driving record is also required.
