We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced NetSuite Developer to join our vibrant team! The NetSuite Developer will help us continue spreading the joy of gardening and making it accessible by providing expert support to NetSuite users. If you have experience in NetSuite ERP development and you are passionate about sustainable living and making a difference, we would love to have you on our team! This is a full-time, on-site position based out of Tomball, TX.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support and guidance to users: employees, contractors, suppliers, or customers on NetSuite-related issues.
• Lead the development and implementation of analytics and reporting solutions for financial information within NetSuite.
• Manage and execute data integration projects across various business domains, emphasizing NetSuite ERP solutions.
• Conduct integrity testing for system upgrades and development releases to ensure smooth migration to production environments.
• Engage in hands-on coding and development work to fulfill project requirements as needed.
• Document business objectives, use cases, business requirements, system specifications, workflows, and process documentation in detail.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize workflows and processes within NetSuite to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of operational reports and dashboards for different levels of management.
• Evaluate existing systems and processes to recommend and implement effective solution designs for achieving defined business or process objectives.
• Follow Company safety and quality procedures; and other policies and guidelines governing Company operations.
• Perform other duties and related projects as assigned by direct supervisor or the Leadership Team.
