Job Summary:

The NetSuite Developer will play a key role in customizing and developing solutions within the NetSuite platform. This position involves working on various aspects of NetSuite, including customizations, scripting, analytics, bundles, and workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NetSuite development, excellent scripting skills, and a passion for creating efficient and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customization: Customize and configure NetSuite to meet business requirements, including forms, fields, records, and workflows.

2. Script Development: Develop and maintain SuiteScripts to automate business processes and enhance system functionalities.

3. SuiteAnalytics: Design and implement SuiteAnalytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into business performance.

4. SuiteBundles: Build and deploy SuiteBundles to extend NetSuite functionality and integrate with third-party applications.

5. Workflow Development: Design and implement workflows to automate and streamline business processes within NetSuite.

6. Integration: Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between NetSuite and other systems.

7. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to NetSuite customizations, scripts, and configurations.

8. Documentation: Document customizations, scripts, and configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference.

9. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and end-users, to gather requirements and implement solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, a related field, or 3 years of experience with NetSuite.

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Developer with a focus on customization, scripting, and SuiteScript.

• Must have experience with SuiteScript types - user event, client, workflow action, map reduce, suitelet, restlet, portlet.

• Capacity to discern and fulfill ambiguous or partial directives, extracting and understanding the underlying business objectives.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Ability to keep track of all requests, regardless of origin, priority, expected completion time.

• Ability to pivot on priorities without notice

• Strong proficiency in SuiteScript 2.0.

• Experience with SuiteBuilder and SuiteCloud Developer Framework.

• Experience with GitHub, and version control best practices and managing that process.

• Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services and/or with IPaaS tools such as Celigo.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Must speak fluent English.
