Responsibilities:
- Assist in meal preparation and food service in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely meal production
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including washing dishes and sanitizing equipment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Skills:
- Previous experience in a dietary department or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic culinary skills and knowledge of meal preparation techniques
- Familiarity with the restaurant or food industry is a plus
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
