Job Title: Banking Operations Analyst/ Wire Transaction Analyst

Duration: 12 months Contract (Extendable)

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid)

• Minimum 3-5 years of operational banking experience

• This involves tasks such as wire amendments (changes to wire transfer details), recalls (retrieving a wire transfer), returns (sending back a wire transfer), and traces (tracking the path of a wire transfer).

• Investigating transactions related to wire transfers in the general ledger.

• Updating procedures, process maps, and job aids to ensure they reflect current practices. Also involves creating training materials for team members.

• Specifically to team members working on the ISO20022 project. ISO20022 is a standard for electronic data interchange between financial institutions, so this likely involves implementing changes related to this standard.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
