Title : Retail and Sales Payment Specialist

Duration : 06 months contract (possible extension)

Location : Cupertino, CA (Hybrid)

Job Description :

This Payment Specialist position will primarily help support our global Retail & Sales Purchase to Pay Team. As part of the team, this position will work closely with the Accounts Payable, Company’s

suppliers, and Retail and Sales Finance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage an invoice email inbox, send out invoices for approval via email and Process Director, look up purchase orders in eApproval and SAP.
• Induct invoices into SAP.
• Support business partners and suppliers on invoice and payment inquiries using SAP.
• Partner with Accounts payable teams on supplier payment issues and invoice revisions.
• Review invoices for accuracy and understand individual country requirements for payments.
• Participate with the business partners and suppliers to drive best finance practices worldwide.
• Ensure compliance with the Company's policies and procedures.

• Demonstrated ability to build effective business partnerships.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.

Education :

• Accounting / Finance Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of accounting work experience is a plus.
