Job Description
· 5- 6 years’ Experience as a product owner, preferably on a B2B portal Design Development, SaaS product or similar.
· Experience writing stories, coordinating with other teams.
· Knowledge of technical concepts: databases, api's, web page development, ux,Angular etc.
· 4)Experience working with UI/UX designers
· built and delivered web application products or done cloud to could integration products(Azure and AWS)
· Candidate has to love troubleshooting customer issues, data issues, etc.
· Cloudera Hadoop, Big data experience
· Understand user and business needs and clearly articulate "the problem to be solved" and team mission
· Estimate business impact by applying valid assumptions to create the product’s business case (with support from Finance) and lead quarterly planning to ensure team maintains continuous flow of value delivery
· Lead and drive progress to product value creation from incubation to delivery to production
· Create the product roadmap, define epics for new development by breaking them down into detailed features and user stories, and manage and prioritize the product backlog
· Ensure efficiency and quality of team deliverables by contributing to user research, prototype development, and technical solution definition
· Manage and drive the implementation of new ways of working and thinking, including agile ceremonies, as well as change management initiatives,
· working collaboratively with key stakeholders to drive engagement in the organization
· Explore new, innovative ideas that advance the state of development in the product area and surrounding ones, thereby delivering substantial value to real users
· Good understanding of development processes and effective communication with IT
· Experience in agile methodologies, preferably as Product Owner
· Translate the backlog into software product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
· Coordinate with technical leads, architects, data scientists, and vehicle engineers to ensure a deep understanding of the technical software solution, technical dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs.
· Collaborate with the product team to prioritize the product backlog and evaluate competing requests based on each item's business value and ROI.
· Define the sprint backlog and sprint goal and ensure they're transparent to the entire product owner team. Coordinate and plan inter-team dependencies.
