Vectra is Hiring a Digital Marketing Program Manager Near San Jose, CA

Vectra is looking for a Rockstar program manager to support demand gen efforts across the full marketing funnel. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is a blend of web marketer and program manager. You’ll collaborate closely with WW marketing, design, analytics, product marketing and key internal stakeholders as well as external third-party vendors. This role requires an execution focused team-player, who is able to think strategically and manage tactical detail, is both creative and analytical, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the senior director of digital marketing to create and manage multi-touch digital programs for Vectra’s key initiatives across the marketing funnel
  • Project manage program deliverables across key contributors for fast on time delivery
  • Manage content syndication for distributing our white papers, ebooks, webinars, etc.
  • Work closely with security related industry websites and influencers for digital collaborations
  • Oversee the integration of 3rd party content to be hosted on the Vectra website ie. videos
  • Collaborate closely with web and creative teams for creation of new campaign assets
  • Drive landing page and ad creative testing to improve overall campaign performance
  • Partner with Paid Media for rapid deployment across digital advertising channels
  • Work in conjunction with web and marketing ops to ensure demand programs are flowing properly from the campaign landing pages to the backend and tracked properly
  • Update audience, target accounts and lead lists within HubSpot, Salesforce and LinkedIn
  • Create performance marketing reports based on learnings and results by program
  • Assist in digital planning, budgeting, sales forecasting, and exceeding lead generation goals
  • Support the field marketing team in localized digital campaigns for events, webinars, etc.
  • General digital mktg support for global demand gen programs to ensure high quality lea

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing program or campaign management
  • Enterprise software and/or B2B demand gen experience highly desirable
  • Basic knowledge of global marketing, event mktg and localized geotargeted campaigns
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple competing priorities effectively
  • Knowledge of what it takes to drive lead volume to MQL, SQL and meetings booked
  • Experience in content marketing or content syndication is key
  • Landing page copy writing skills with minor graphic editing skills is a big plus
  • Ability to make data driven decisions, with experience in various reporting tools
  • Strong Salesforce and HubSpot knowledge or similar sales/marketing automation tools
  • Familiar with Drupal or similar CMS platforms a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly growing start up environment that is developing quickly
  • Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to “turn on a dime”, think through problems and come up with innovative solutions, and deliver against very tight deadlines as well as work through ambiguity and think outside the box on new ideas
