Role: Senior Program Manager

Location: Redmond, WA

Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

Work with a cross-functional team of software engineers to continuously define and manage the requirements and scope of project's software systems and services. This includes day-to-day management of deliverables, dependencies and schedule, as well as driving this complex project through its incremental phases. You will collaborate with leadership team's at all levels to establish processes that track our goals, objectives, milestones, progress and risks, and drive organizational alignment on trade-offs and priorities.

Key job responsibilities

• Identity Management: Create login credential relations, management, updates, tax registration and notification management.
• Service Plan Activation and Cloud Captive Portal: Includes activation across all service plan and customer types, basic Captive ports CX for error state management.
• Billing and Checkout: Backend integration, reoccurring bill payments.
• Payments: Includes payment eligibility, county payment configuration and fraud treatment.

Additional Responsibilities

• Define engineering product requirements, decomposing business requests into executable stories for capabilities to engineering stakeholders.
• Support weekly development rituals including roadmap management, feature grooming, UX design sessions, and engineering office hours.
• Drive and maintain feature roadmap alignment across business stakeholders and adjacent product teams.
• Identify and operationalize the metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) necessary to track progress, and drive issue resolution & mitigation at a granular level across the organization.
• Support and organize the delivery of critical and complex work streams across the space and ground segments of software and services infrastructure.

Basic qualifications

• 5 years of experience in program or project management
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• 5 years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• 5 years of experience delivering cross functional projects
