Job Description:

• Support the company’s import/export program activities as well as comply with governmental laws and regulations. This includes U.S. Customs – Automated Manifest System (AMS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
• Responsible for all export documentation execution, filings, and tracking
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers, business partners, and applicable government agencies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and 3PL to obtain and execute all export/import documentation such as: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Container Manifest, Certification of Country Origin, BOL, Freight Cargo Receipt, Consumer Testing Laboratories (CTL), ITS report, Letters of Credit, and necessary information for customs clearance of import and export transactions.
• Monitor and record all incoming shipments, update shipping report, and confirm that all clearance and payment documents are processed in a timely fashion.
• Prepare documents and shipping orders to route cargo, schedule vessels for on time delivery, and consolidate the cargo to make best use of the booked space.
• Monitor and update cargo transaction status and communicate with the inventory team to keep track of on-hand inventory, in-transit, and balance quantity for each item.

Minimum Skills Required:

Fluent in Mandarin (oral required, written plus)

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Superior knowledge of Excel) this includes V-Lookup and Pivot tables.

Attentive to detail, meet deadlines, excellent communication skills, flexible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
