We are seeking a Supervisor for our team of Client Service Representatives. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising an administrative team and/or veterinary hospital experience. Job duties will include providing exceptional customer service, creating schedules, maintaining high quality work, handling personnel and minor client issues, recruiting and hiring of new staff members for the department, and ensuring all tasks up front are completed accurately and efficiently. Balancing cash drawers, overseeing accounts receivable, implementing new initiatives as assigned and communicating among the team are essential duties, as well as holding the department accountable for our high level of client satisfaction and care. Other administrative duties may be assigned. Candidate must be able to work every other Saturday as needed, and work any shifts during the work week ranging from 7am to 8pm. Typically 32-36 Hours a week is required.
