VC Furniture & Mattress is Hiring a Store Manager Near Green, NJ
Value City Furniture NJ is looking for a qualified Store Manager at our Green Brook location.
We offer 40 hour work weeks with a great bonus structure in high traffic locations.
Must have previous Sales Management experience and able to thrive in a fast paced customer focused environment. Our ideal candidates must be great at receiving and giving positive coaching and feedback to team members.
Must embrace and enjoy the journey of constantly improving themselves and their teammates.
Expectations
- Scheduled to work a minimum of 40 hours per week including Saturdays and Sundays
- Must be highly motivated, have a positive mindset, and great people skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $57,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
