• Title: Registered Nurse- Corrections
• Shift: 6:30 PM-7:00 AM
• Location: Cumberland, MD
• Contract: 13 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and reporting to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results, such as laboratory tests and vital signs
• Coordinate and facilitate referrals to other healthcare providers or community resources
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week

Standard shift:

• Night shift

Supplemental schedule:

• Overtime

Weekly schedule:

• 3x12
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• RN: 1 year (Required)
• Correctional: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• RN License (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
