Title: Registered Nurse-Rehab
Shift: 11:00 PM-7:30 AM
Contract: 9 Weeks on W2
Location: Dallastown PA
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care in a rehabilitation setting
- Assess and monitor patients' conditions and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility exercises
- Educate patients and their families on post-rehabilitation care and strategies for maintaining health and wellness
- Document patient information, including medical history, assessments, and interventions, accurately and timely
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
