As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, including those with memory care needs, patients requiring hospice care, and individuals with autism. Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and document administration accurately
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Support patients with memory care needs by engaging in memory-enhancing activities and providing a safe environment
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Drive patients to appointments or outings as needed
- Lift and transfer patients using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for patients
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 56 per week
Shift:

- Overnight shift
