With a pay range of $28/hr. (Below 50 miles) to $37/hr. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms for surgery by ensuring that all equipment and supplies are sterile and ready for use.
• Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures.
• Maintain a sterile field during surgery and handle surgical instruments as needed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and provide assistance as required.
• Clean and restock operating rooms after each procedure.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and infection control procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited surgical technology program preferred.
• Previous experience as an OR technician or surgical technologist preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay Structure:

• $28/hr. (Below 50 miles) to $37/hr. (Above 50 miles) on W2, based on location.
