Responsibilities:
● Provide strategic direction and oversight for the organization, leading us towards achieving our goals.
● Ensure compliance with all applicable hospice regulations, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and local, state, and federal laws.
● Build and lead a high-performing team by fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
● Recruit, hire, and develop a team of qualified staff to ensure patient well-being.
● Manage the operational budget and financial resources responsibly.
● Implement and monitor policies and procedures for quality care and continuous improvement.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, physicians, and community partners.
Required Qualifications:
● Active in-state RN license (preferred).
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field (preferred).
● Minimum of five years of experience in a leadership role within hospice or healthcare.
● Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
● Passion for compassionate end-of-life care.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
