Job Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Leadership: As the Assistant Clinical Director, You'll provide leadership, guidance, and support to our clinical team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Program Development: You'll have the opportunity to drive innovation and growth within our programs, identifying new treatment modalities, interventions, and services to better meet the evolving needs of our adolescent population. Your creativity and vision will help us stay at the forefront of adolescent mental health care.
  • Supervision and Mentorship: Your role will involve providing clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to our team of therapists, counselors, and support staff. Through regular case consultations, training sessions, and skill-building workshops, you'll empower our team to deliver high-quality, client-centered care.
  • Client-Centered Care: You'll oversee the assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring process for our clients, ensuring that interventions are tailored to each adolescent's unique strengths, needs, and cultural background. Your dedication to culturally competent care will help us create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
  • Quality Assurance: You'll be responsible for monitoring clinical documentation, quality metrics, and outcome measures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Your attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement will drive excellence across our programs.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Manage clinical team scheduled, task assignments, and time sheets to ensure appropriate coverage.
  • Assist in leading clinical meetings to discuss case reviews, treatment planning, and program development.
  • Maintain a caseload of clients conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Provide clinical direction and support with crisis management.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Florida, with eligibility for licensure as a Qualified Supervisor.
  • Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience working with adolescents and families in a mental health setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong clinical expertise in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Family Systems Theory.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a collaborative and empowering approach to team management.
  • Commitment to cultural competence, diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical practice and organizational culture.
