We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Nurse Practitioner.

Job Responsibilities:

· Conduct thorough assessments of patients with vascular conditions.

· Diagnose and formulate treatment plans based on assessment findings of vascular issues.

· Perform vascular procedures and interventions as needed.

· Educate patients and their families on vascular conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.

· Provide guidance on lifestyle modifications and self-care to manage vascular health.

· Demonstrate confidence and competence in decision-making related to vascular care.

Qualifications:

· Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.

· Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner

· Strong clinical skills and the ability to perform independently.

· Wound care experience a plus
