The job opening is for the 1st shift, running from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

• Ordering of stationary items for the office and commercial personnel
• Monitor daily activity including ordering Monroney Labels for vehicles, printing and processing tokens and JB paperwork.
• Conducting audits on out gate sheets reviewing VIN numbers in system to ensure vehicles are out-gated properly
• Must be able to greet customers and clients with a positive, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude and try to assist in any way possible.
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails and electronic requests.
• Assisting yard team with movement of vehicles when necessary

Qualifications

Qualification for Administrative Utility Technician

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills using Windows based Word and Excel
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating both automatic and standard transmissions preferred.
• Ability to prioritize workload and communicate progress.
• Excellent communication skills are vital on all levels of interface.
• 1 year experience in customer service environment preferred

Physical Demands

This position requires the following physical demands:

• Lifting to 25 lbs.1-3 hrs. Throughout the day
• Standing 6-8 hours/day
• Walking, 6-8 hrs./day
• Reach above shoulder level 1-3 hrs./day.
• Bend, Stoop, Squat, and or twist-Repeatedly throughout day.

Environmental

• May be exposed to excessive noise depending on job location and operations in progress.
• Will be working around moving machinery and equipment daily.
• May be exposed to marked changes in temperature and /or humidity.
• May be exposed to dust, fumes, gases, radiation, chemical depending on the work location,
• Potentially walks on uneven ground.
• May be required to drive motorized equipment such as golf carts depending on the work location.
• May be required to operate a shuttle van in Releasing Yards
