BUILT Brands is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing top-notch service, resolving customer inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies to customers.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to address customer issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
