As an Operations Trainer, you will be part of a group of passionate, hardworking, creative individuals who work together to create an enjoyable learning and development environment. We are responsible for teaching employees (new and tenured) about Varo’s products, policies, and procedures. We get the privilege of teaching employees how to be the face of Varo for our customers.

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all US-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Per applicable law, the salary range for this role is $50,000 - $70,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors as well as candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the identified range.Full Time
