Varnish Lane 4 locations (West End, Friendship Heights, Navy Yard & Mount Vernon Triangle) in Washington DC are looking for On- Call Front Desk Coordinators

There are no set hours; call in as needed.
Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, personable and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls to assist clients.
• Organize and manage appointments in our booking system.
• Maintaining shop cleanliness, organization, and assisting with inventory.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a front desk agent or in a similar position.
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manners.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.

I would highly like a candidate with industry experience ( customer service, front desk, hospitality ) and previous experience in Salons, Spa, Hotels, and/or similar industry experience
