We are looking for an experienced Scheduler for our Home Health operations. This person is extremely critical to ensure "Optimal Patient Care" is provided by our agency, serving as the liaison between the Agency, liaisons, Intake and Clinical Staff. Our Scheduler plays a major role in our organization, helping to maintain and deepen the relationships we have developed through our marketing efforts.

Job Duties

• Accurately track SOC and Recerts.
• Ensure authorizations are tracked, scheduled and performed as per POC and payers requirements.
• Ensure visits are scheduled and tracked.
• Ensure documentation is completed on time for compliance and billing
• Source, recruit and maintain a region driven PRN pool
• Review all referrals and coordinate with the DON and the referral source.
• Coordinate with the Accounting team for compliance with budgets and forecasts.
• Schedule clinical staff for admissions
• Coordinate care with patients for services and staffing schedules.
• Work with the billing team to ensure all claims are ready and submitted.
• Recruit and manage clinical staff as needed
• Preparation of monthly billing and accounts receivable reports.
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with patients, payers, and other customers.
• Maintains the confidentiality of patient and organization information at all times.
• Performs other specific projects relating to billing, data entry, and computer operations as required.

Must Have:

• High school diploma / GED or higher
• Minimum of FIVE YEARS experience in home health – (scheduling, insurance verification, billing, staffing, recruiting etc.)
• Must be an expert in Kinnser
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must be an experience in Kinnser Scheduling and Home Health scheduling protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
