Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our store. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Vapor, E-juice and E-Cigarettes experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

Requirements:
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Proficient in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
